TKG-30H embedded tyre killer is a newly developed product which is integrated into the ground and prevent vehicles from crossing into controlled access areas. Its main structure consists of an anti-slip patterned plate and features an electromechanical control system. This device is capable of puncturing tires to stop unauthorized vehicles, effectively preventing aggressive checkpoint breaches and ensuring the safety of road management and ensure personal safety.
ZASP newly developed in-ground tyre killer adopts a modular design, allowing flexible assembly to meet varying usage requirements, each unit module is 1 meter in length. The equipment depth only 65mm, enhancing vehicle passability and simplifying installation. In case of a power outage or other emergencies, the tire breaker can be manually lowered to its bottom position by using the button box with the “Descend” + “Stop” key combination. The tire killer surface is made of an anti-slip patterned plate, increasing friction for vehicles passing over it and capable of supporting trucks weighing up to 200 tons. The detachable panel design facilitates convenient maintenance and the efficient removal of debris.
